I thought to drop a few lines to make sure you all know what's going to happen for the next two weeks in my life: Tomorrow Jonna is coming over for the last night before she flies back to Finland. Do I miss her already!!
Then from Thursday to Saturday, we have Hillsong Colour Conference 1 for women, and we'll spend every spare moment trying to get some rest; after all, we are serving from 6a.m to 10p.m every day full on at the conference! So do not think I have started backsliding again with my emails and blog - I simply have no time for the next two weeks to even probably check my email! On Sunday we have the Live Album recording and then from Monday to Wednsday we have Colour Conference 2. We are all very excited what's going to happen, as women from all around the world gather together to be empowered and what a priviledge it is for us to get to be a part of that!! All of the events are held in the very heart of our city in Sydney Entertainment Centre in Darling Harbour!! So it is very exciting days we are living right now here!
I've had such a lovely weekend, resting to get ready for colour and just taing care of all practical things that have been kind of hanging in the air. I have been sleeping well, napping a lot and eating well since my Church back at home has truly blessed me by donating some money for me to take care of myself - furthermore I have received first aid money from my mom as well, so I feel very blessed and am so thankful that God has answered to my needs through people who love me. I am still looking for a job and hoping to find one as soon as possible to gain financial balance.
We had the best flattime ever with my flatmates yesterday - after morning church we all wnet to Bondi beach to lay down, chat, nibble some yummies and go around the shops. It's been great to hang out with them since I still feel a bit outsider most often as we talk, since they are all Americans and I simply don't know/get eveything they say.. However I want to invest into my relationship with them, they are the best and such a big blessing in my life here!!
So yep, I will update you on things after Colour - until then, take care and enjoy the lovely spring! (we still have hot summer days here in Sydney, UNBELIVABLE!)
